Tucker is like a 90s death row album.

Agreed...I didn't want to see Black go to the Lakers to begin with...He's gonna be a difference maker

At UCLA they called him The Fresh Prince and had tshirts that said "Moute Kicks Boute". I'm guessing he's pretty likeable if this is part of his resume.

My question is what is our best defensive lineup?

    CP3
    Tucker
    Ariza
    Moute
    Nene

This line up would cause problems defensively. I can also envision a lineup where Tucker's matching up with Draymond at PF. The best thing I like we have 3 defenders that can guard multiple positions now.

Probably this, with Ariza at the 2 or Tucker at the 3 in certain matchups, with Black at the 4 instead of Moute for bulkier PFs.

Honestly come crunch time I would rather put Chris Paul on KD and Moute on Steph.

I can understand having Moute chase Steph around, but why in God's name would you ever put CP3 on KD? KD will just shoot over CP3 all day and CP3 can't do a damn thing about it. I would put Ariza/Tucker on KD and just hope for the best.

Because Paul has proven effective against Durant, for a game or so, in the past.

I still think that would be a terrible idea. Durant is like a 7 footer and CP3 is barely 6ft tall. Durant literally just needs to jump up and shoot and CP3 can't do anything about it. On the other end, CP3 would get tired out so quickly.

Yep, not a long term solution for sure, but as change up it could work again. And CP3 was not guarding Durant 1 on 1, it was a trapping D. Durant still scored 40 so it was not like KD was shut down, but the goal is winning the game.

Trick is finding a long quick defender who is also physical enough to make Durant work. He doesn't like getting beat up. But you can't beat up what you can't touch.

Which is why I would love to throw a combination of Ariza and Tucker at KD. Ariza would be your traditional defender and Tucker would be the physical bully. It would be like the days where we had Battier and Artest.

Tucker is going to be our best defender on Durant, on that we can agree. I like the idea of throwing waves of defenders at KD, never let him get into rhythm with one or two guys.

Are we calling him Moute? I thought his surname was Mbah a Moute.

    Cp3 vs Steph
    Harden Vs Iggy
    Mbah Vs Klay
    Ariza Vs Durant
    Tucker Vs Draymond

Is how I would match-up defensively before the action starts.
