    Starting a new thread because the other thread isn't reminding us that many here wanted us to draft Jackson instead of two bigs. Morey was actually bashed for it pretty heavily, no? Also, the signing announcement thread has turned into a "What is a 2-way contract" thread

    Jackson was selected 45th in previous draft, a few picks after Onuaku and Zhou were taken.

    Not at my computer. Can someone help with posting Jackson's draft profile vids and others vids. Thx

    Jackson is a fraud. During the draft combine, he tanked his standing reach measurement in order to inflate his vertical leap measurements.

    Same. I'm thinking I must have slept through the draft threads because I don't recall seeing/hearing his name before today. To be fair though, I didn't know what an Onuaku or a Zhou Qi were either.

    I usually don't know any college players (don't follow NCAA anymore), but my family is a bunch of Notre Dame fans...with a nephew at ND. So, I knew Demetrius Jackson. Probably the only player in the draft besides Simmons who I actually knew.

    chances that this guy will be any good are very low

    I see a pretty decent amount of potential in Zhou if he can fill out and become stronger by upgrading from his 12 yo, malnourished looking body...he has some skills and shooting touch

    Any Chinese guy is a cash cow $$$ no matter how he plays .
    Yes the billions and billions watching from China and their continous ads scattered around TC.

    Le$ knew all along hes gonna sell the Rockets eventually, so he had to draft a Chinese guy over that no name guard.

    He might be able to play a role similar to Bev in the sense that he can score and has potential on D with his athleticism. The good thing about Harden being such a good facilitator as a SG is that guys like Jackson can D up another team's PG without having those responsibilities on offense.
