I've been following the Rockets since '84 when they drafted Dream. As a fan, I've seen and experienced it all over the past 33 years. Though not a perfect owner, I always thought that Les did a great job by pursuing talent and not being satisfied with the status quo. Thank you, Mr. Alexander. You did a great job as a steward of the Rockets, and you leave it in great hands for the next owner. May you enjoy this next phase of your life.
A great owner. Greatest in Houston history. Good luck to him. One of my favorite recent Uncle Les moments After the $1 beers
We already have one of these But yall forgot. I bumped it after the pelicans game when no one was showing ownership love
We complained about Le$ but he really grew the Rockets into a much bigger international brand. No hate if he wants to cash out. They should let Clutchfans vet potential owner candidates though. I'm just sayin
Les will always get my love, granted, if he sells to a complete douche like Dolan or Vivek it will affect his legacy negatively. So lets wait and see how this turns out.
Hope to not see all the dudes calling for him to sell the team and how terrible of an owner he was in this thread
I'm going to miss him. He's been a great owner. I'm looking forward to the possibilities of bringing in someone younger. Hopefully they're committed to Houston the way les was. This offseason has been ****ing bananas.
Thanks for the major addition Mario Ellie that led to our first championship. Thanks for pulling the trigger on Clyde that led to our second championship. Thanks for the super not so friends. Thanks for not tanking. Thanks for the DM hire and ushering in a new perspective and era. Much more I could thank you for but best wishes for your future endeavors!
