hahaha. rondo and boogie already played together in sac. Not that impressive. Now rondo is a year older. And they have less shooters on the team. Terrible signing. They would have been better off with jimmer fredette or something.
Great great move. Now they have the point guard that can play inside the three point line to match with their two stars that excel inside. Beautiful signing that makes them competitive.
Didn't realize they were buddies. Neither can seem to get along with ANYONE. That's how you know they're both ****ed in the head.
Harden and Howard never agreed on anything, ever, except the time they both BEGGED Morey to not trade for Rondo.
Do you think that's a testament to Rondo being an ass, or Dwight and Harden being lazy losers? A bit of both?
Good move if it works out (as is any other signing/trade)... Jrue could use the move to SG rather than take on the rigors of being the main ballhandling PG. But if this thing starts to implode, the first two individuals that the media will look to is Rondo and Cousins, in that order.
If it works... maybe they'll sneak into the playoffs. If it doesn't, they weren't making the playoffs anyway.
Rondo/Holiday/Davis/Boogie isn't the worst looking lineup to have I honestly love watching rondos assist highlights, he was a beast. Having him start or come of the bench is the best PG they could've gotten
Unbelievable! I thought Rondo really elevated his value with how he played in the playoffs. Absolute steal for the Pelicans, I only wish they played in the East because I'll be interested to see what they can do together.
It's an interesting team. I've always felt sorry for them with their injury history, especially Tyreke/Holiday. AD doesn't deserve this. It's good to see the Pels try something like this, however their management is just fundamentally not that great since they haven't been able to put together the right pieces to play alongside AD. If they weren't in our division, I'd root for them as one of those underdog teams, but no thanks!
