Would like to see us take a flyer on Gerald Green, Micheal Beasley, or Terrence Jones. We also need a vet back up guard. Just my opinion.

I actually like this guy as a bench player, but he plays the same position as Troy Williams, so I would pass.

    Leandro Barbosa?

The signing Tarik Black is a rocket booster.

Better than pursuing an old Carmelo Anthony.

With Black onboard, maybe either Onauku, Hartenstein or Oliver would be expendable? I wasn't so thrilled with the PJ Tucker signing. I would rather have Tarik Black and Willie Reed, together with Clint Capela and Nene.

Morey has deviated from his stated "bargain hunting" plan of not using the BAE. Maybe he never intended to follow through on that plan, maybe something changed. I wonder which is the case.

D'Antoni said in an interview that he wanted another big and another PG. Well, we got the big man in Black. Which bargain PG can the team go after?

    PG/SG: Isaiah Canaan
    SG/SF: Anthony Morrow
    SF/PF: Michael Beasley
    C: Andrew Bogut

All that spacing would be lethal with either Paul or Harden dishing dem assists to Canaan and Morrow. Plus Paul and Canaan have a mentor/pupil relationship.

Beasley could be a nice sub for if/when Carmelo comes to the Rockets. They have somewhat similar games so perhaps Beasley could learn some offensive game from Melo but can Beasley be got for the minimum?

Bogut can try to prove to be serviceable and hopefully not get injured.

    PG: CP3, Cannon
    SG: Beard, EGo, 3Morrow
SF: A3za, It's the PJs, B-Easy, Oliver Twist
PF: Ryno or Melo, Tea Bag Black, He's Zhou Qi
CT: A Capella, Watch me Nene, Booboogut

Please never be the GM of a basketball team......not even on 2K.

Actually, better yet, go be GM of the Mavs.

I think the team should give a chance to 2016-17 D-League MVP Vander Blue, who is currently one half of Blue-Ball starting back court for the Summer League Lakers.

He averages 25 ppg with a Harden-like 9.6 FTA per game and shoots a respectable 35% from 3 as a go-to scorer so he isn't taking the easiest of shots. Yeah, it's the D-League, but worth a look, no?

Question for any salary cap experts.
Assuming that Diaw would sign with us for the veteran minimum, there is no effect whatsoever on us signing him with anything to do with a possible Melo trade, right? I mean numbers wise and stuff, a trade doesn't hinder our ability or we don't have to sort anything out when it comes to signing players to the veteran minimum, correct?

He wasn't gonna come for the BAE. I don't think the NG's and a pick will get the job done either.Memphis may want to retain him or trade him to the Eastern Conference.

If Thomas Robinson was 6-11/7-0 he'd be a really good center. But being so small hurts his ability to play in today's league

Being 6'10" is not small, not if you have length and especially nowadays with the smaller lineups being thrown out there. It was just too bad that Thomas Robinson wasnt even 6'10", that dude always looked so damn small compared to all the other bigs. There is no way he 6'10"
