    I really want Melo here, but I'm sorry, if we had to give up both then hell no

    I don't want to lose either, but I could stomach losing Ariza if we're getting back another 3&D wing with Melo

    That shouldn't even be a discussion. That's a loss if we do that. It has to be Anderson plus Troy Williams, Jared Uthoff type peripheral guys.

    Besides, Anderson's salary is one of the hangups. No reason we'd have to add more Ariza/Gordon salary level guys.

    If Ariza just has to be included in the deal then maybe CP3 would sign off on that. CP3 and Ariza are close, but Melo is arguably his best friend in the NBA.

    If we can get back another competent 3&D wing then I could stomach losing Ariza.

    If we lose ariza is it possible to use part of the mle to bring over tony Allen for the loss of defense? Getting Gordon's 6th man punch will be hard to get but we might not need it with such a powerful scoring output from Paul harden and melo
