Miles would be a solid role player to have. Can play multiple positions, shoots/scores well, and plays good D. Can't get all star players gotta have some good role players on the team too. Iggy, livingston type.
Ya'll caught me. I have a few names of Rockets' interests in my sig. I need to update it though. Anyway,CJ has been on the radar for awhile. He's a quality journeyman. He can murder you when he gets hot, a la LowKeyMT. One man's junk is another's treasure. Check his career stats. He can be a deadly shooter and has destroyed us when he played for the j*zz, and Sloan. He wasn't as healthy over the last few years, but believe me, he will knock down tough shots and his defense is vastly underrated. He can be had for cheap, too. Diamond in the rough. Orlando, you're up next. Detroit? I see you, too #FreeBirds (again) and FreeAbel QUOTE="kevC, post: 11172055, member: 24766"]Codman is so legit.
The other alternative in getting top free agents is to spend wisely on adding depth to your bench in friendly contracts...so they can then be moved after December lol
Everyone has to step their game up now that CP3 is here! No more trash posting, they know who they are
No one's confirmed obviously, but I remember reading that the guesses for the Orlando and Detroit targets are Vucevic and Tobias Harris respectively.
Is this the Paul George rebound signing? I mean, imagine playoffs, last possession, Chris Paul draws Paul George as the help defender and then passes to CJ Miles to sink an open jumper. Ball game. CJ Miles' main problem is his name sounds like that of a randomly generated player in NBA2K.
I wouldn't go that far but I agree there is more than one guy to fit the bill and his skill set is becoming less and less unique. I personally would like Milsap or Reddick at this point
