So we now have an 11 million TPE, the mle and the bi annual exception plus ring chaser minimums to pursue aside from any major trade for another star. Here are some names I think we could target: TPE or MLE range (tpe for free agency would mean sign and trade) - Jared Dudley: stretch four from phx - Patrick Patterson: free agent stretch four - Taj Gibson: we tried to get him at the deadline. Would be a strong defensive big - kostas koufos: linked to him repeatedly. A defensive big - Andre Roberson: versatile defender would be a helpful player on the bench, offense a big problem - Kyle korver: probably not a full mle type player but obviously very helpful - joe ingles: good perimeter defender and good shooter - pj tucker: wing defender and sometimes shooter. Lots of toughness - Sergio Rodriguez: guard depth nothing more - Leandro barbosa: again, depth - tony snell: wing player - zaza: defensive big. - Livingston: guard depth - nick young: offensive weapon off bench, cyber linked multiple times Bae and potential ring chasers: - Thabo sefolosha: great defender sometimes shooter, morey know to like him in the past - tony Allen: wing defender but bad offense - Vince Carter: not much more than some wing offense - Brandon bass: serviceable big - david west: just ring chased in golden state, relationship with Chris Paul - David Lee: relationship with dantoni. Offensive big with rebounding skills All assumes nene isn't taking up the mle and is just resigning Any others?
Patrick Patterson is a star target. But otherwise good list. Also, how about Shaun Livingston, David West and Zaza Pachulia?

pretty sure the MLE and LLE are reserved for patterson and nick young. vet min for nene and a couple others to round out the bench. i think the TPE will be used as part of the 3 way deal where we take on expiring contracts and flip them in a trade for another star. sorry if you read my post in another thread but ryno+NG contracts = max contract in trade. Ego+ ariza = another. However, we can now keep ego and acquire 11M in expiring contracts to flip in that trade instead. meaning 4 stars plus ego off the bench tl;dr, don't use the TPE on a player, use it on expiring contracts to trade for a star and keep ego off the bench.
I think if we get PG13 in a trade, which I don't think Morey will give up on and is probably looking for other picks to trade to Indy......then I think our team will fill out amazingly with another star plus a GREAT bench, and we will take the Warriors to 7 games in the Western Conference Finals next year and the team that wins that will win the CHIP!
that list is pretty underwhelming imo. but anyways, we need a rebounding big and a knock-down shooter
Z-Bo as a stretch 5 in a smallball lineup. Pick n pops all day. And if opposing teams wanna go big, counter with a Nene & Z-Bo combo. No one´s gonna bully those two around.
