I like the pick, he could be a better upgrade over Alfred Blue, and maybe the future starting running back for Texans.
Same concerns as everyone else.... Where is our RT? Don't get me wrong, Cushing is toast next year so we needed an ILB, but Foreman seems like a luxury pick. Regardless, not going to be shocked if he becomes a Frank Gore style workhorse. Guy has solid pro written all over him.
If they are thinking right, it is more about Alfred Blue and Grimes than Ervin. Ervin's competition is Akeem Hunt.
Would have liked that to happen also but they went out and grabbed a QB, (you don't wait for those to fall in your lap) and how do you pass up on Zach Cunningham at 57? They probably could have taken BPA T at 89 but it looks to me Foreman was part of their strategy going into this draft.

Grimes is Gone. He is a Free Agent. Ervin is a multi-purpose back (Returner also). Foreman is a power back. Running inside the Tackles. Lamar Miller's strength is running off-tackle.....not up the middle. Blue is the player in the cross hairs.
