Nice job Gregerson! Need some insurance for Giles in the last frame.

I like him right where he is. Id only move him if G&G begin to fail miserably.

Springer and Jake better be sure about fly balls.

The CF overrules, but Springer (RF) caught it.

Went smooth, just make sure it does every time.

    Damn, good insurance though.

Another out on base, but I'm fine with that risk.

Altuve with an out on the bases...

Hard to complain about it though.

Hey guys, hint hint. Devenski's role he is in right now is absolutely perfect.

Easy to complain about. He would be on second with 0 outs. Bad decision. He also didn't turn on the speed until after rounding first.

Sucks, but I like the aggression there.

That was the perfect relay by the Angels. But I can't really argue against what you said.

Moving a runner from 2B to 3B on an out hasn't been a strength of this club in years past, and neither has scoring from 3B with 1 out. When I watched the replay, I thought for sure he was going to be safe when looking at where the ball still was rounding 2B.

Easy to not complain since we're up 3.. but it was a dumb play.

First Out @3B is little league.

Generally, major leaguers will make those 2 throws. Perhaps in a tie game with one out, but not when they are trying to play add on.

It's an old "rule," never make the 1st or 3rd out at third base. Altuve broke that rule.

With a 3 run lead, though, it's not the worst thing in the world.

Oh wow, look! They call more sliders for Giles and he gets outs! Incredible!

Searching maybe I was confusing it with the abbreviated no hitter he had in CC (Josh Hader pitched one inning in that one). He also left another game after 6.1 of no-hit ball. Pretty remarkable for a nobody prospect. Hard to believe we got him from the White Sox for Brett Myers as a PTBNL (a 25th round draft pick less than a year removed from his draft).

Guess shaving off that tribute to Brett Myers did the trick.
