    During halftime, Ricky Rubio gets traded to the Rockets - at last!! And thus, 40 1/2 games into the 2016/17 season we finally become a legit contender.

    No. We're in a fight for the best record in the league, we're riding a 9 game winning streak, and it's a weak opponent. You play the starters who are healthy.

    I think it will be an entertaining game, but the Rockets fall just short to a Wolves team hungry for revenge. Towns gets 35/16 and the Wolves win a close one, 108-104.

    They should have won the last game. Lavine being out would make their team a whole lot less dangerous. Let's blow them out!

    Even if the Rockets do pull this one out, that streak will be challenged in just over a week when they have to go to Memphis after playing the night before at home against Golden State.

    Certainly not guaranteeing a win -- but if we could go into Denver the night after 2OT @ GSW and sneak one, I don't see why we can't pull this off, even with a shortened rotation. I do think Corey, Dekker, Ennis and/or KJ might have to absorb some minutes they wouldn't ordinarily, but I believe.

    Need to man up in the paint tonight and hold the Kat down under 30 will be good tonight. Rockets for some strange reason play better on second night off a B2B. Go Rockets!!

    Yep, and it was a B2B at Minnesota with the T'Wolves not playing the night before. Essentially the exact same scenario.


    I didn't realize LaVine is their 3rd leading scorer with over 20 PPG and is shooting over 40% from downtown. That offsets Gordon if he's out.
