He is a victim of being surrounded by lacklustre teams, there's only so much you can do. Sound familiar??
And the shots he's taking aren't easy at all. Crazy contested fade aways over a double team since then other tram doesn't really have to guard anyone else. This guy is nuts.
Throw everything not named James harden at them... Seriously, they're not even building anything over there... Free him NO!
It's arguably he is the best player in the league, but there is no doubt that they have the worse coach in the league.
NO needs Buddy Hield to develop into a DeRozan clone, this year. That's the only way NO can even hope to consistently win games.
Great player.... wish we could swing a trade for the guy but he doesn't seem like a guy that will demand a trade and new orleans will not let their cash cow go.
Lebron????? Maybe Davis should have a healthy season first before you crown him as the best player in the NBA lol
I think Davis is arguably top5, no questions about it, and has been for the last 2 and 1/2 years, but his team hasn't even made a decent run in the playoffs, yet. As you also said, not being healthy has to be in the equation, because if he can't lead his team to at least the playoffs. What does the stats mean? If I had to make list of best players under 25 he'd be #1, most likely.
I think right now he might be, but give it a couple of years I think he'll be eclipsed by someone else. Right now I think Porzingis is trending to be way better than him, too bad he plays in NYC which is too high profile and charges way too much to tank and get him the help he needs.
Anthony Davis has carried a shoulder injury the last couple of years. He had surgery to get it fixed. And now we get the real brow
Meh impressive for sure. But what harden did last year was more impressive to me. I don't know how on earth you make the playoffs in the west when everybody is not only not on the same page, he'll they weren't even reading the same book. Harden has the ability to make eric Gordons and ryan Andersons play way above their talent level. Meanwhile davis with those 2 players and jrue/tyreke Evans couldn't snag a playoff spot. Anthony Davis doesn't have the on court intangibles that harden does
