How bought you go to the D-league or Europe and show scouts you can play instead of crying about not getting a shot. Vin Baker went to the D-league so can you.
Was thinking the same. Being an ex-Rocket should get him through the door in the CBA. And we saw what that did for Beas and (briefly) for Goudelock. Go play Von. Show what you got. The NBA is not giving handouts. Well after his past FA not sure if that is TOTALLY true... but...
I liked him and then he b****ed at Rick for playing time in the middle of a playoff game. We don't need more stat chasing, glory chasing whores like him, Marcus, etc.
Von seeing scrubs like Dellie getting paid, and wants his chance too. Go to China and play if you're that serious, Von.
He has played in the CBA the past 4 years. Averaged 27.8 points last year and 32.5 the year before that. He also played in the D-League for a year. http://basketball.realgm.com/player/Von-Wafer/Summary/134
He and Terrence Williams should speak to rookies about how Keepin It Real as a young guy in the NBA will cost you tens of millions of dollars. Shut up, do your job, and wait until free agency where you'll be made set for life. Then, if you still desire to be a dumbass, you can be a dumbass. But not until you get that big long-term deal!
That 08-09 team was fun to watch. Wafer played well for us but after complaining in game 2 against the lakers, his downfall started. Guy can shoot 3s and can play well in a system with a superstar.
He needs to go get a job! He can still help the young bucks by going in to coaching middle school or something, catch them early!
