As a NBA fan and the recent signing of Kevin durant, Dwade needs to head to the cavs to balance the odds of super teams. The Kevin durant signing [not hating] just made the team with the best record in history, three super stars already, handful of role players even former all stars [iggy] and not to mention one of those super stars was steph curry

So it's a little overpowering mve that doesn't even touch lebrons move to Miami. The Warriors will be overwhelming to say the least and my Rockets aren't prepared to handle this for a while [i mean what team hardly can] so dwayne Wade might as well join cavs and create this 4v4 superstar battle. And then of coarse the Spurs and Knicks are the other super teams that can even the odds aswell.

Why would Wade do this? He already have 3 rings, no way he's giving up a probably 20 mil per year deal from the Heat just to sign for the vets min.

It wouldn't be get min. Cavs would move some pieces to open up space

Well depending on what wase wants, the Kevin durant signing changes the whole landscape of the NBA.

Depends if Wade wants money or rings more

Wade still hasn't gotten over taking less money when he thought LeBron was staying.

It's all about the money for him. He wants more than he made last season for 3-4 more years.

Cavs aren't stupid enough to blow up a championship team just for Wade.

Also there's this thing called lebron is a free agent. They could split the cash and both still be coming out more and if they decide to trade shump, that's even more money

Lol easy to talk about taking a major pay it when it's someone else doing it instead of yourself.

Fans don't care $$ but fortunately the players do.

I'll be nice and just say you are pretty clueless. LeBron made it clear when he left Miami for Cleveland he has no intention of sacrificing salary again. Next summer, he will sign a 5-year contract with the Cavs approaching $200 million. Wade will re-sign with the Heat for whatever and they will remains BFFs.

Playing together isn't important to them.

Shumpert and Jr smith is easily replacement with wade. The cavs are stupid if they believe the championship team can win back to back

His legacy is set in stone. Money is more important than rings at this point.

The NBA and it's fans nowadayz are the weakest most non competitive humans on earth. So in a quest to match the GS's superteam, Wade should form another superteam in Cleveland with Lebron? Like the one he already had in Miami? And we say the NBA is stronger than ever:rolleyes:

I think OKC should trade Westbrook to Cleveland just to spite Durant.

Right............ and screw themselves in the process. Instead of jump starting their rebuild by trading Westbrook for valuable assets, they should trade him to the Cavs for basically garbage.

Just because you send out a certain amount in salary doesn't mean that you neccessarily have that same amount in cap space. It's the total salary that matters. The problem with Cleveland is that they were way over the cap so even if you remove salary they don't neccessarily go under the cap.

Without Smith or Lebron's salary, the Cav's are at $76M. Even if you got rid of Shumpert's salary then you're still sitting at $65M. Lebron's going to get his money so that's an additional $27M which puts you at $92M.

That would also leave Cleveland with less than 11 players on the roster so each of those unfilled spots would count almost $1M against the cap.

Unless you believe that Wade is going to sign for the minimum then there's no way he can join Cleveland as a free agent.
