Did Marc Stein really call it faster than Woj?

I wonder if ESPN paid the league to wait one minute before telling Woj/Yahoo.

    Stephen A.:
Up 3-1; 3 times he failed
You bolt to the team that beat you?
    Incredibly weak
    No comparison to LeBron
Weakest move ever by a superstar

    ...

    Up 3-1, final 3 games:
    12-31
    10-31
    10-19

    Can't beat 'em, join 'em!

I actually think it might make it easier to keep harden now. A lot of players might just stay on there respective team to get that big money. I think at 29 years old harden will sign a 1+1 with Houston and then re-up the next year for that 5yr 200 million deal.

If you can't win a chip which baring going to GSW himslef you might as well go cash out and go down as a top 5 player in franchise history.

Also with KD leaving there's a reall oppurtunity by The rockets, clippers or portland to really grab that 3rd seed. I guess The clippers are The favorites but the rockets have a chance and getting to the 3rd seed with a talented offensive system can attract big name FAs.

I hate Durant. I hated Lebron for going to Miami, but this is just way worse.
Think about how this would be so different if the Thunder didn't choke in the WCF.

If the NBA actually calls GSW in their bull**** they aren't a lock for the title.

Wise decision. Durant just stretched his career by another 5 years. Far better offensive scheme.

This is not a given they win a title. Basketball is a team game, and the reasons Curry and co lost last years finals remain (it's even worst) because without bogut, they really are going to get hammered on the boards.

I am skeptical that kd and/or the warriors made the right choice, here.

Why is everyone so upset over this? Do you guys realize that the Warriors HAVE to win the title now? This team will have more pressure to win a championship than possibly any team in the history of the NBA. And all it takes is one injury or one bad stretch of games or one guy not being happy with his role.

We're a LONG way from this becoming a dynasty. Everyone just needs to chill out.

What's so wrong about ring chasing? Isn't the entire point of being an NBA player is to get a championship ring no matter what?

    Good for KD! Hook 'em!

It's not automatic that they are the champs. Health and how can they afford to keep this team and all those dudes paid, without pay cuts. Can't believe Durant joins the team he just lost to.

This signing cripples a franchise...and the NBA doesnt even give a fck.

Its time that the NBA owners strike next off season...And teams get the right to franchise designate one player. The NBA player association has gotten away with a ton of stuff...Hope that Durant enjoys his ONE and only TITLE. Freaking frauds that kids look up to as hero's... despicable.

The cap goes up to $105 I think, and it Durant's % of the cap initial year salary goes up due to his number of years in the league.

Also, a lot of coward and p***y comments are being thrown around, lol. Wouldn't the safest thing be re-signing with the Thunder for 1+1 so nobody criticizes him, and then leave next year when the Warriors don't win 73 games? Whatever, many are so fickle. LeBron went from loved, to hated, to loved again. It's like you need heroes and villains in hoops to enjoy it. He's not the first, nor the last star player, to go to a better team in hopes of winning.

At least he is still alive, unlike that other OKC owner.

Good choice, he gets to chase a ring for one year and becomes a Free Agent when the cap goes up next year.

    Good job KD.

Yep, Harden will have plenty of suitors when hs contract is up. I think the Lakers will have him actually. Houston's image has been ruined after the TV media and social media ass kicking they took last year

He did OKC sooooo dirty, I mean, Lebron left team that couldn't build around him, Durant left one of the best teams in MBA. This is biggest b**** ass move move in the history of the league. Hope he get no handshake by his former team mates and only hard fouls.
