Even this dude has "China" in his name. I freaked out at first thinking we got two picks for the sole purpose of marketing at first.

Still a smoother follow through compared to our former starting center Chuck Wagon.

Contingent on the heart issue, this is a reasonable 2nd round pick. He's only 19 and possesses a 7' wingspan. His offensive skills won't wow you but again he's only 19. He can rebound and block shots and do the dirty work in the paint that this team desperately needs. He's probably two years away in terms of making the roster.

Meh. Don't see the attraction, but the Rox war room has watched way more footage of him than I have.

Seems to do everything well, especially on D. Still young too but Ibeh may have more upside.

looks like he has some nice dishes.

only 19. let's see what he can become in 3 years time. looks like he has some tools, and an NBA body.

Capelas offensive game is similar to Hakeems if you compare him vs Onaku.

Some of you guys are in full b**** mode. From the highlights he doesn't look bad at all. Block shots, passing, rebounding. I even saw a couple nice jumpers. The passing is what surprises me.

Stay away from the salt it's killing you.

Agree. This was a reasonable pick - the kid has an NBA body and some skills that can be developed. Let's see where he's at in another year. Their next pick however...

I really like Onuaku. Has the length and agility to switch onto smaller dudes and can also protect the rim if need be.

lmao. Capela & Harrell will make sure he doesn't make the team.

Kind of a safe pick...what I like is that he's more of a two way player than clint and trez. He's not a scorer, sure, but he can pop the short jumper and back someone down for a hook. Clint can't..and Trez is a worse defender...so a step in the roght direction, imo.

Im thinking Horace Grant comparisons could be in his future.

This. His PNR ability will hopefully be something that can improved upon.

He and Zhou we be holding down the 5 and 4, respectively, in the D-League next year most likely. No big deal, hopefully they can become useful like Capela in his second year.

Can we all make granny shot jokes in the live thread when he shoots a free throw?
