Bill was prez when Arkansas and Houston won the basketball titles (same year, no less). As an Arkansan/Rockets fan, my only regret was being two years old and not being able to appreciate the spectacular year that it was

 

The Scott Brooks shadow looks off and oddly out of place. While Hakeem's shadow is tight to his face, Brook's shadow is nearly a food off his head and awkwardly big. Something is fishy.
