    If an NBA organization (cough cough) fires a head coach, then finds out the coach was not the problem. Then who is to say, how good most coaches really are? If coaches are always the first to go, then how does one know when management is to blame.

    Look, all I am saying, is that there is a reason why some organizations continuously win championships and others hardly ever. It is because the management team knows what it takes to win. Plain and simple, unless... the NBA is rigged?

    WTH is wrong with you guys. This is almost as bad as those who don't believe we can beat the Warriors. JB Bickerstaff has been amazing and I love him as our coach. We haven't even given him a shot... and yes we gave McHale a shot. McHale's rotation and soft attitude/lack of intelligence no offense.. hurt us and I was ok with the firing. Yes JB. is just smarter just from the way he calls timeouts compared to McHale and the way him implements all the rockets not just a core 7 or 8
