Going to a Northwestern University Alumni Q&A event with Daryl Morey next Wednesday with a friend who went to law school there. List your questions here and I'll try to ask it if it's good.
Is your job on the line? Do you not realize Harden is the issue? How do you quantify chemistry, hard work, character?
What is his favorite spot to get a burger in Houston? Also, what is his ideal type of burger (chili cheese burger, black and blue, california burger etc.)?
Why does Brewer and Lawson still get playing time. Why not more active at the trade deadline. Can we please get guys who can shoot, has high iq and character.
I have thought about what I would ask Morey if I could for a while. Question 1: What is your investment philosophy? Question 2: What stock should I buy if I had to RIGHT NOW?
Is it wrong for a vegetarian to eat animal crackers? Why does the word 'monosyllabic' have five syllables?
"So...that Brewer contract..." I kid, I kid... I would wonder if he's changed his view on coaching, though.
Serious question If you want to ask a cool question, ask him that you heard he was a big fan of Theater, and developing a play with Jason Nodler from Catastrophic Theater in Houston, and if he can discuss his experience participating in that and maybe provide some teasers of what to expect. .
So Daryl, we all know this seasons been awful and we will be somewhere between the 6 and 9 seed. If we even make the playoffs we will lose in round 1 in 4-6 games. This offseason with the idea of bringing in Harrison Barnes or Kevin Durant. Do you think we need to bring in a seasoned veteran that has been in James position to keep him controlled. James has too much control for a star that has just been the the WCF once as a starter. Someone like vince carter who can keep harden in check and keep him working hard and not complaining. After the devastating season do you now realize that chemistry should be valued more than analytics.
