Horry needs to stop embellishing Hakeem's FT%.

He's done it 4 different times at least.

No need to exaggerate what is already, GOAT-ness.

Yes 85%, wow Robert!! No need to hype Dream since the GOAT--Jordan already picked him as his number 1 center

Props to Horry for correcting the biggest lie that Jordan wasn't there in those years.

It's like people got brainwashed that the Orlando vs Bulls series never happened even though the ratings were sky high.

He's lucky Stern is out, otherwise his life might be in danger for exposing the hidden truth.

Of course Snoop watched that series, don't know how much smoking he did to forget that.

The Chronic came out in 92 and Snoop can't remember Jordan got beat by Shaq?

Jordan's return does help solidify both championships; and does jab his "almighty-ness".

'86-'98, the playoffs had only 2 different players lead in PPG. Olajuwon 3x.

Best combo the league has seen. Better than Wilt-Russell and Shaq-Duncan. Better than Brady-Manning

I think one reason is that a lot of basketball fans were too young at that time (or not even born) when the Bulls and Magic played.

They don't even realize that Jordan played during that second year. And then when it gets pointed out to them, they start making excuses so that they don't have to admit they are wrong.

Except the interviewer, Snoop Dogg is in his 40s and his prime was the early 90s. He has no excuse for not knowing or remembering.

the brainwashing was that good. When people here talk about the rockets of present being 'disrespected' I laugh.

Those were championship teams with a prime Hakeem and they still get disrespected.

100% those Hakeem teams got shafted.

We won the first one and still didn't get the sports illustrated cover right after.

I mean really that was staright disrespect cause we beat the almighty NYK.

I love me some Robert Horry. Incredible career, and I'm glad it began with in Houston. He and OT are two of the most underrated Rockets, in my opinion.

It is not the people that didn't know Michael played in 95 that bugs me, it is the people that knew he played but makes up excuses for Jordan failing to get through the magic in 95.

Jordan was not the problem with that Bull's team. Their interior was thin, so Shaq exploited it.

But you know how the NBA wants to make it player vs player not team ball.

Notice how on NBATV, they never show that series on greatest games etc.

You see random Rockets games against Seattle before you ever see Jordan losing in the 95.

Anytime a Rocket fan/ player is asked the question 'could Houston beat the Bulls' the answer needs to start with [as Horry did] 'Mike was back in 95'. Then some trivia: 'what player scored the most points in a 95' regular season game and in a playoff game' -- then discuss the head to head record. There are other tidbits to throw in -but these are the core to start with.

Correct question... "if Jordan never retired".

Incorrect question... "if Jordan never played".

Incorrect question... "if Jordan wasn't there".

Well thats why you don't bet against the NBA cashcow. The NBA would like to Men in Black memory zap it away.

I hate when people try to asterisk championships. Houston won those fair and square. If Jordan didn't retire...you could say if Larry/Magic teams didn't get old how many would Jordan have?

If you win a championship, you win. Cavs complain about if they didn't have injuries they could beat GS...well it was their own darn fault that they couldn't beat their opponents into submission by the end of the 3rd to get their starters to rest. In Horse racing if you don't pace your stamina and keep beating your horse, you can't blame others for losing.

Magic is irrelevant regarding MJ's titles. Why? Because CHI beat Lakers in '91.
Retirement isn't mentioned if Rockets had beaten the Bulls - or anyone during full MJ seasons.
This isn't a Rockets specific issue. ANY TEAM WOULD'VE BEEN QUESTIONED.

Teams' aging can help other teams prosper, but age is NOT a notable situation compared to an abrupt retirement.

Would've been fun watching Hakeem destroy the Bulls though.

Lakers beat the Celtics and the Celtics beat the Lakers during the 80s, doesn't mean one year has anything to do with the next.

Magic had a few good years left in him, plus you don't know what additional moves they would have done if he were healthy.

    it's impossible to predict.
