Shouldn't they fire the Offense coordinator?

Or at least drop all of those pass plays to the opponent's DBs.

struck me as odd too. Yes, we had too many drops this year, but that was more on the free agent signings.

    Hopkins had a stellar year
Strong developed towards the end of the season
we found ways to make washington and shorts work

I know a lot of us had high hopes for special teams once Marciano was finally shown the boot, but Ligashesky really didn't do much better. At least OB didn't wait 12 years to fire Ligashesky.

Did you just ask a question so you could answer it yourself? Don't be that guy.

Sometimes firing an assistant coach as less to do with the outgoing assistant and more with a new assistant that caught their eye i.e. the Chiefs special teams coordinator, Patriots wide receiver coach, etc.

I thought all of the free agent WR's we signed under-performed quite a bit.

Lack of returns have been strange.

Haven't had a good one since Jacoby.

The blocking has been awful, and our coverage dropped off after the James injury(at least on punts).

Some of the interceptions may have been due to the WR running the wrong route? Anyway, that is my guess after the five INTs from the last game.

They should totally bring Brian Braman back just for special teams. Actually, now that I think about it, it's a damn shame he wasn't on the team for the Hard Knocks season. I bet he would have been an interesting character.

Also assistant coaches and position coaches sometimes come up game plans and scouting reports of other teams. This weekend was so much fail there had to be some scapegoating.
