While I agree, this is an absurd notion, it is pretty amazing how similar Lawson and Lin have been throughout their careers.

I believe the rockets brought lawson in for the playoffs, to take the pressure off harden as a ball handler.

The regular season is for building chemistry.

I will only start to worry if lawson doesn't call time out at the end of games or can't see mo williams behind him.

Why People is so high about Ty Guy? In the meantime, belittle about Lin. Lin is decent backup. So far, Ty is not impressive at all. He is not the guy who will bring the championship. Hopefully, I will eat my words and we will have amazing run at championship. Go Rockets.

 

Lin is belittled because he is an absolute dumpster fire when it comes to the playoffs.

While it's true Lawson/Lin have almost identical numbers in the reg. season, Lawson kills Lin in regards to playoff performance.

Also, a lot of the hate Lin gets is directly due to the fact that his fans are so insufferable. Overall I don't think they actually HATE him.
