Honestly, he might be better than Dirk. He might not reach Dirk's level offensively, but Porzingis is projecting to be a two-way star, something Dirk wasn't.

Dirk shot 40/20 in his first year. Not saying anyone shooting that poorly as a rookie can eventually reach Dirk's shooting, but Porzingis is a very capable shooter. He's just adjusting to the NBA game.

i will admit porzingis got destroyed by screaming a smith because of his race, i think if the knicks let zinger take 20 shots a game, they would have a better chance of winning. Melo is washed up and a cancer

Add KAT to the list. He's already almost done this through 6 games

I agree, his ceiling is higher than Dirk's at this point. The kid can move well for his size and play both ends of the court. What a pick.

The ball was 4 feet in front of the rim for that- sensational athleticism.

I'm a bad Lithuanian :( I never really cared for Valanciunas in the NBA, I don't even watch Raptors games any more. Latvia is closer to where I live than Dalas to Houston, I should be at least somewhat excited about Porzingis because of the Baltic sisters pride. I'm not. Not even a bit. Couldn't care less. I think he's overrated.
I'm a legit DMo only fan :( I might stop watching basketball when DMo ends career...

So glad my pick turns out well. On a side note, KAT is amazing.

Looks like what KD would be, if he was a big(ger) man.
