That's huge news. I've been following Aaron Wilson since before he joined the Baltimore Sun. I like his work and glad he'll cover the Texans. He lists virtually all NFL transactions. From the big names all the way down to the third string long snapper. When a player signs a new deal he'll give the contract details of it. The feeling I have is Hoyer will start because he "impressed" O'B the most in camp but will eventually get replaced halfway to three quarterway through the season after costing us close games. I wish I could be more enthusiastic about the season but it's a little depressing at the moment. If Mallett can't beat out Hoyer then we don't need him, next man up. Seriously disappointed in him.
Completely agree. If Mallet isn't good enough by this point to unseat the poster child of mediocrity, he's not good enough period.
