I used to weigh about 275 lbs last year. My BMI was 40 which is obese. I lost 100 lbs since then and am 25 BMI which is right on the border of overweight and normal weight. I watched a lot of documentaries on Netflix and read books about food policy and production and cut off all fast food, eat mostly fruits and veggies, drink a gallon of water a day and ride a bicycle. Didn't need no gym or weights just changed my life habits.
All you need to do is look at an obese person's X-ray to see the normal sized person trapped inside CT or MRI is even more damning
Also no surprise that this watt guy is very obese. I heard he plays egg ball - a no talent no skill "sport" for unathletic fatties
I bet my 28 BMI and glossy brown skin covered in detailed tattoos will make your wife cream. How you like that Murica?
Are the baby boomer getting old and fat skewing the stats again? Would like to see it broken down in age groups vs previous eras.
I think bmi is a pretty good measure. There might be a few exceptions but most people with bmi of 30 are fat.
BMI is for the ordinary user, there might be ones with heavier bones and so on but those are the exception to the norm
Have you been to Disney World recently? Your dream is 8 years away tops, congrats. The way we've squeezed every single penny out of the food industry in this country has made everyone fat. I saw recently that basically only Asian-Americans are under 50% obese. Congrats Katy, TX.
