Whew, it's a good thing professional athletes never do this now and that all their decisions are based solely on loyalty to the fans and not money!
Pretty simple: You see in football when a player does well, their team does well. The new version of your claim would be: You see in football when a player does well, their team does better. See the difference? I fail to see how someone couldn't root for AJ to individually have a probowl season while the Colts suck. It's not like that exact thing didn't happen to him as a Texan.
New version? I do see a difference between what I typed when a player does well, their team does well..fantasy points don't exist in a vacuum, they help win games for the Colts you claim I typed a good player makes the team good My statement was clear, your ridiculous argument against it is where everyone except you can see a difference.
I think you are BAD PERSON if you wish ill upon some one else. Just root for your team. I don't understand why people feel better about themselves when they put others down. If the Texans do well great if Andre does well that's great too.
Probably, which I'm sure they rationalize as being okay because Luck is from Houston or something ridiculous like that. It's okay, they'll abandon the Colts if they fail to win the division this season. Bandwagoners gonna bandwagon.
I want AJ watching us win the division while he and Gore have pathetic seasons and Pagano getting fired. I feel so bad.
I'm fine with Andre doing well. I'm fine with Luck, who I watched play high school football week in and week out for a couple of years, doing well. I just hope they don't do nearly as well as the Texans do...and I hope the Texans beat the crap out of them.
So you have never, as a sports fan, wanted a player on another team to not do well. By rooting for one team, you are inherently rooting for others to not do well. So, by your definition, anyone who watches sports with a rooting interest is a bad person.
Yes I have wanted john Stockton to break his leg, but that was when I was young, and I realized that was wrong. Obviously when I am watching the game I might feel hatred for the opposing team, but at other times I don't feel any hate toward players.
I don't even want AJ to get hurt. I just don't want him to have any success that would lead to his team ending up with a better record than the Texans. I'M A BAD PERSON.
Glad we settled this, he's a "hater", you're a bandwagon Colts fan. It feels good to have that out of the way going forward.
