See the difference? I fail to see how someone couldn't root for AJ to individually have a probowl season while the Colts suck. It's not like that exact thing didn't happen to him as a Texan.

I'm fine with Andre doing well. I'm fine with Luck, who I watched play high school football week in and week out for a couple of years, doing well.

I just hope they don't do nearly as well as the Texans do...and I hope the Texans beat the crap out of them.

 

So you have never, as a sports fan, wanted a player on another team to not do well. By rooting for one team, you are inherently rooting for others to not do well. So, by your definition, anyone who watches sports with a rooting interest is a bad person.

Yes I have wanted john Stockton to break his leg, but that was when I was young, and I realized that was wrong. Obviously when I am watching the game I might feel hatred for the opposing team, but at other times I don't feel any hate toward players.
