Today is cp3s 30th bday, and he is expected to play. I am pretty sure he is gonna be trying to win today of all days. Not a good sign for us. Thoughts?!
Yesterday was cinco de mayo, Matt Barnes and Black Griffin were out drinking Margaritas and eating tacos at Celtic Gardens wearing sombreros. Rockets in 8
But Today is CP's birthday. Will doc not give Cp a birthday present by playing him and letting him play for the win? Clips in 2
Well, at least we'll have another excuse if the Clips win today. Game 1 - Rust Game 2 - We didn't want to ruin CP3's birthday Rockets in 6 with the ultra gentleman's sweep.
You wanna see a controversy around here? If he doesn't play and Rockets still lose again hosting the CP-less Clips and on CP's birthday no less, it's going to get mad crazy round theze parts yo!!! Clutch peeps going to have to start walking off the plank as they mumble "without CP we still lose". Better win this game Rockets or it will be like the Buffalo running off the side of a mountain in these here parts". I wanna see some HEARTfelt play mofos! I wanna see some action out there! I am the lizard king...I can do anything! Get 'er done! Else, they took 'er jobs!
I don't think he's playing. And, when he does play back in LA, it may disrupt the Clippers altogether. When you play hurt, your team doesn't benefit from just having you in the line-up. They almost play down to your level as to not push you too hard. It's almost how Rick would say something like "We're going to play with the guys we have." The Rockets realized Tmac wasn't going to come in and save the day, and they played harder that way. When there was the time Tmac was coming back, guys would let down and expect Tracy to carry the team. This whole "rest and wait" regiment could backfire on the Clippers. I hope so.
Please don't reference those gimpy post-surgery T-Mac days. Very depressing watching him struggle to get more than 3 inches off the ground.
My bad, bro. I was there with you, in that same pain. I even felt the pain of Stevie Franchise's absence when poor Cuttino would score 20+ a night, but we went on an epic losing streak. Pain is part of being a Rockets fan...because our victories feel so good.
Him playing tonight could only benefit the Rockets. Once that hamstring gets tweaked again (the sooner he comes back the more likely) he's done for at least 10 days.
i rather him play with one good leg than not playing this stupid team don't play hard when they think they have the advantage
