The way I see it, Dirk will give them 1 win and Ellis another. Rockets win in 6. I would much prefer the rockets win in 5 on the home court, lets hope Dirk and Ellis both have their good game on the same night and we can take it in 5.
I have ordered a red mask, and haven't decided exactly what to do with it yet. Funny and/or stupid videos are forthcoming.
Damn, that would actually be epic. Go up 3-0 and taunt him with signs reading, "Keeping Dallas clean for ya, chandler. Sweeping up the trash."
I don't want to get my hopes up bc we thought Portland was going to be easy last year too. Well that didn't turn out well for us
We'll have a couple close games, but come on, we should win this series. I'm curious whether Dirk will turn it on one last time, what kinds of offensive schemes Carlisle will use to shake his guys free from the Houston length, and how the hell they're gonna guard both (or even one) of Harden and Howard. I'm gonna say 6 games. Mavs are gonna surprise us with their execution for a couple, but we should blow them out otherwise.
It's gonna be up and down. Overall, it'll be a fun series. I don't want to jinx the Rockets, so may the best team win.
This Rockets team is a most resilient bunch (you don't have a very successful regular season despite injuries amounting to Mash unit unless you have a big heart), much tougher, more unified (see ya Parsons, Lin, and Asik) than last year's squad. In fact, Harden and Howard have said multiple times about not wanting to lose. Rockets in 5, maybe 6 if Dallas get lucky.
There are no more excuses. The Rockets have hca and match up very favorably with Dallas and should win this series in 6 games or less. Not even McFail and the injuries should be able to prevent that from happening.
