I've still got a bad taste in my mouth from that last playoff series with them involving Yao-Tmac. I say we lose in 7 and I think Carlisle will flat out outcoach McHale aka McFail as a big reason why. I hope and pray I'm wrong.

Take first two home games, split the next two, and blow them out in the last game. We get this. The Mavs are a jump shooting team. They have no real rim protector outside old leg Tyson Chandler. in 5!

Run the motafaka Mavs, and let them shoot the jumpers all they want. They are not even better than the Jazz.

I don't know. Yao/Mac era nightmares haunt me forever. I pray we win.

If you have not hated Mavs before, you will now after watching

    Dirk Flop everywhere
    Harris Flop everywhere
    Barea Flop everywhere
Tyson Chandler pushing everyone in the back

Cuban whining crying and constantly trying to manipulate the officiating.

It is going to get very very ugly.

I have a feeling Jason Terry will win us at least one game.

I actually think it's better for Rockets to play against Blazers given their injuries.
Plus Rick Carlisle is no joke.

If the Rockets will commit to giving full effort on defense they should win this series pretty easily. Unfortunately we all know the Rockets like to make things hard on themselves so we'll have to wait and see what happens. With that said my prediction is Rockets in six.

I've gone back and forth as to which team the Rockets match up against better. Even with the Blazers injuries the Rockets would have a hard time matching up with Aldridge and Lillard. I think they match up better with Rondo and Nowitzki.

Howard will play 30 min +
Capela will play some Dorsey's min
Smith will be on his best game
We have long quick wings that steal a lot
Two veteran PGs just know how to handle business in big time

    Have I mentioned Harden?

Our D will carry us through, no worries. It's going to be Havoc for the Mavs.

Given our track record in recent years, don't be complacent. Dwight Howard needs to come back fully healthy and dominate the Mavs from the start. James Harden needs to elevate his game instead of faltering under pressure. Go Rockets!
