http://www.sportsclubstats.com/NBA/Western/Southwest/Houston.html Most Likely Opponent is LA Clippers. And 95% chance that it will be on the road. Followed by; Portland San Antonio Dallas Memphis Really great site that gets updated daily.
my prediction is that mem loses vs gs and spurs, clippers, rockets win out. warriors vs pelicans/thunder spurs vs mavs clippers vs grizzlies blazers vs rockets
Win tonight and we win out. Charlotte has mailed it in and is resting their top players. And Utah has nothing to play for on Wednesday.
Grizzlies may as well lose to Indiana (they are desperate to win and make PO's), Spurs may lose to Pelicans and even Suns on a bad day. Yet, we may lose all 3 as well.
I hope it's not the Clips. Do you want to see 7-games of us hacking DeAndre and them hacking Smith and Dorsey? Both teams just walking end-to-end and clanking free throws?
As of today chances of meeting in first round : LA Clippers 40% Portland 21% San Antonio 15% Dallas 12% Memphis 11%
The league needs to do something about the intentional hacking away from the ball cuz it's not basketball and fans aren't paying the big bucks for seats to watch a bunch horrendous free throw shooters decide a game. It's unwatchable.
^^^Good. On the big stage, national television, ...then NBA might do something about HAP. I was kinda hoping McHale would return the "favor" Friday night but didn't happen. You like this hacking? Good, we'll make this a hack & free throw contest! Between the whining and flopping and HAP, media and fans alike are gonna 'love' this series!
I hope we ending up at 3rd seed, and face Memphis. If not, 5th seed, face Portland... These two scenarios re only chances we can advance to next round. Clips will kill us in 5games......
Off the ball fouls in penalty situation--the fouledteam should get to decide whether they want the FTs or throw it in.
