The last part of the game takes place in 1914. Jack's 19. If it just picks up roughly where it left off, it'll be fine.
yeah, I never finished it either. Got across the river, and then never picked it up again. I think I'll pick it back up tonight if I have some spare time.
I believe there is one coming, just not as soon as some were predicting. It has been a long time since Red Dead Redemption came out. When I first read about the possibility of the sequel, I went back and played through the whole game again. This one and Fallout 3 are the only 2 games I've ever completed more than once. At least on the Xbox. I think I've done some of the Baldur's Gate games more than once on the PC.
Yeah, I'd like to either see that in a Prequel or perhaps even play out the life of the Gunfighter Rickets who John meets when he first goes to Mexico. Reading the papers in the Red Dead Redemption game shows that he had a pretty colorful life prior to disappearing from the states. No details but could be fun to play as him. I guess if it isn't a prequel and ends up being a sequel and starts right where the game left off, it might still be okay. The franchise has been good, and I guess they'll have my loyalty until it isn't good. But I would rather play in the heyday of the old west rather than the last minutes of it's decline.
Either y'all misinterpreted my post, or I am getting reverse-trolled. Probably both knowing the users I quoted.
One of the best games I've ever played. Western-themed GTA, that's more western than it is GTA. If that makes sense.
I know with my incredibly LOOOOOOOOONG history of trolling you might suspect that. But it seemed like you were under the impression that we wouldn't be getting a sequel. If I misunderstood this, you are definitely welcome to clear it up
