Windhorst needs to go back to miami! He hates cleavlend and blatt. "INDEPENDENCE, Ohio — LeBron James stayed on the floor after practice to go over plays with Cleveland's coaches and work on his post-up game. He knows what's ahead. With just a handful of games left in the regular season, James and the Cavaliers are slowly shifting into playoff mode. They've got a key matchup on Thursday with Miami, a potential first-round opponent, before facing Chicago on Sunday. Cavs coach David Blatt gave his players the past two days off to clear their minds and rest their bodies. James said the break was beneficial and that he and his teammates came back "really sharp." http://www.sanluisobispo.com/2015/04/01/3566846_cavs-return-to-practice-kevin.html?rh=1 http://i.cdn.turner.com/drp/nba/cav...blic/150401-blatt-top-story.jpg?itok=UnXZoDbL http://www.nba.com/cavaliers/releases/blatt-coach-of-the-month-150401 Marc stein: Coach of the Second Trimester: David Blatt, Cleveland Cavaliers http://espn.go.com/blog/marc-stein/post/_/id/3638/coach-of-the-second-trimester-2?src=mobile
Bill Simmons latest podcast with Windhorst is pretty amazing; depends if you want to believe him though.

Fire David Blatt! On-again-off-again Kevin Love is-he-staying-or-is-he-going speculation Love out; Kyrie hobbled Underrated trades during the season ...and made the the Finals in James' first year back/Blatt's rookie year.
As much flak as I give LeBron, he has really impressed me by leading this current group to the finals. Spoiler He's still going to lose though
Blatt is exactly the type of assistant coach Lebron needs...someone who will stay out of his way and not whine to the media about it.
Mic'd Up: coach blatt and coach bud- Game 4 <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/0Ra2cMGyyqM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> BTW coach blatt always start slaw gets criticism and finish strong He won european club championship, european nations championship against spain in madrid and an olympic bronze medal, and now he has a chance to back to back european and nba championships.. from cbs: BLATTERAL MOVEMENT: David Blatt is off-putting in interviews in scrums at times. Coaches are not paid for their media comments, they are paid to bring teams together, improve talent and win games. In his first season, not only has Blatt won the NBA's Eastern Conference, but he did so with major injuries and roster issues. Blatt out-coached in succession: league darling Brad Stevens, longtime league Patton Tom Thibodeau, and Gregg Popovich's disciple Mike Budenholzer. It wasn't just talent. The Cavs made strategic adjustments in each series, both in second halves and from game to game, getting better defensively game by game. Blatt was as big a part of this victory as any member of Cleveland, and deserves credit for how he's helped shape a team, and especially a defense, on the fly. The Cavs have a strong asset in David Blatt, no matter how many times he tried to call timeout or what plays LeBron overruled him on. http://www.cbssports.com/nba/eye-on...eaways-from-cavaliers-advancing-to-nba-finals cleveland a great defensive team who would have believed! Cleveland Cavaliers have Terry Talkin' about why David Blatt receives so little credit http://www.cleveland.com/pluto/index.ssf/2015/05/cleveland_cavaliers_have_terry_7.html on why the media hates him and don't give him credit for the adjustments and the wins without love and with injured irving. http://www.foxsports.com/ohio/story/cavs-blatt-crushing-critics-one-meaninful-win-at-a-time-052015 a new example of the bias against him: Watch: David Blatt congratulates LeBron James, leaves him hanging Cavaliers coach David Blatt congratulated LeBron James in the waning seconds of his team's 118–88 blowout Game 4 win over the Atlanta Hawks that sent Cleveland to the NBA Finals. It was a heartfelt moment: He appeared to tell LeBron that he was proud of him, and that LeBron deserved the moment. But Blatt forgot one important step. James, ostensibly feeling the mutual love after Blatt's remarks, went in for the handshake right before he left for the tunnel, and Blatt left him hanging. When you congratulate a superstar, you simply cannot deny him dap. And deny dap David Blatt did http://www.si.com/nba/2015/05/26/david-blatt-lebron-handshake-game-4-cavs-hawks NBA: Cleveland Cavaliers coach David Blatt leaves LeBron James hanging for a hi-five it was a great bonding and respect moment <iframe src="https://vine.co/v/ebb6WxYv6KA/embed/simple" width="600" height="600" frameborder="0"></iframe><script src="https://platform.vine.co/static/scripts/embed.js"></script> and all the focus is on this. <iframe src="https://vine.co/v/ebbr2pJKBbb/embed/simple" width="600" height="600" frameborder="0"></iframe><script src="https://platform.vine.co/static/scripts/embed.js"></script>
1 : No 2: If he stays and opts out yes. But if he stays the logical is that he will opt in and go in free agency next year to get much more $.
If K-Love leaves, the Cavs will just sign Aldridge. It's a win-win for them. Hopefully K-Love stays in the East. I'd love for them to get more talent and balance things out.
They can't sign Aldridge because they don't have capspace. They need capspace to sign a free agent. If Love leaves they are screwed.
