does anyone else find themselves making repeated trips back to the driver seat to unlock the doors? I swear I do this every morning when dropping my kid off to school. The stupid door is automatic so that when you open the door from the inside it automatically unlocks, however the rest of the doors arent and only unlock once you hit the unlock button. The problem is my muscle memory just opens the door and I get out, and have to go back to the driver seat to press the unlock button. same problem with getting stuff from my trunk. when its near zero outside and there's hail coming down, it can be cause for near meltdowns especially when you're like a minute from the school door closing which would result in a late pass
How much stuff do you carry out of your car? 99% of the time I only have to open one door. The other 1% of the time is the trunk which of course should stay locked.
I don't know what kind of car you have, but most allow you to change the settings for the auto-lock stuff with a key and button combination.
Sounds like failing to play defense in the 4th quarter and then blaming the loss on the missed shot at the buzzer.
check your manual for a setting that unlocks all doors when you put it in park...pretty sure there's some setting there.
What kind of car is it? In some cars you can set the option to open all 4 doors when the driver door is unlocked or have only the driver door unlock. The other thing you could do is use your keyfob to open the other doors when you're out and forget to open the other doors, I guess.
My wife's car is set to lock and it catches me every time. But instead of getting mad I remember it would keep someone from jumping into the car with her when she getting in in a dark parking lot and I deal.
1. Get bigtexxx-type rich 2. Have a chauffeur drive you around and open your doors for you Problem solved.
The back doors to my van can only open from the outside, so once I put you in, you're in until I let you out.
