Go Raptors, Hawks, T'Wolves(yeah, right), Rockets, Jazz, and Heat. Not sure who to root for in that Pelicans-Thunder matchup. I guess OKC.
ESPN should have switched up and broadcast Warriors at Hawks. That is clearly the game of the night. I think the Clippers are going to unload on the Raptors and beat the snot out of them. Their schedule the next 15-16 games is ridiculously hard.
Hawks-GSW... no way in September would I have thought that this game would be appointment television. This is going to be one heck of a game.
Just bought tickets to Warriors/Hawks. It's gonna be wild. Will stream the Rockets game on the phone. It's gonna be a good basketball night.
How the heck is the Warriors/Hawks game not on national TV? What is the NBA doing? Also they decide to show the Lakers/Cavs on Sunday instead of Hawks/Grizz.. Somebody has no idea what they are doing.
I'm guessing it's because the national schedules are made in the summer with a limited number of slot swaps. *hugging League Pass* >

Hell, this may be the first time Dion Waiters shows up early to practice.
Warriors vs Hawks! Finally we get to see 2 outstanding teams that share the ball and play as a team. No player besides point guard holds the ball for more than 5 seconds. Player and ball movement on display. Thank you San Antonio for bringing back team play. Warriors win or lose, this should still be fun. I have a lot of respect for the way the Hawks are playing. Thumbs up to their Coach.
NBA scheduling is weird. I thought the Pelicans and Thunder played just a few days back. It's happened quite a few times in the past too more recently when Rockets-Memphis played a back to back, one in Houston and one in Memphis. Wondering why they do this....
This is nothing new. Back to backs have been common for a while now. Sometimes in the EC they play on consecutive nights.
NBA really needs flex scheduling...No one expected the Hawks to be this good so not their fault. This looks like a better matchup (and not a bad one at all) just no way to predict that the Hawks and GSW would be the two best teams in the NBA.
