I like this trade. However, I don't know if Utah gets enough out of this trade, especially since Jones has been injured.

Tjones and Dmo already have their last TO exercised, right? Doesnt that mean they are URFA after next season?

Co-signed. Plus, imo I don't see Reggie as the 'complete' PG that we need. I haven't followed him too closely this season to see if he has matured.

Papanikolau for Jameer Nelson +1st round pick

Rockets get their creator at the PG that they want and give up a guy who'll likely fall out of the rotation once T.Jones comes back.

Boston gets a nice young player for the rebuild, or the cap flexibility that comes from exchanging a player option (nelson) for a team option (Papa), which apparently is important to them. (I am a bit puzzled why they need cap space this summer, I am not seeing them attracting top-level FAs)

Rockets lose potential cap space for the summer but get another one of Dwight's buddies... Also not sure how much the Rockets can do with cap space this summer. $7-8M won't get you much more than the MLE can get you if you operate over the cap.

Terry Shved & NO pick for Afflalo... Imagine Afflalo Smith and Brewer off the bench. That would be the best 8 man rotation in basketball

How does this help us? We already have guards that do what Neal does and Corey Brewer is like MKG that learned to shoot a little bit. TJones is important player going forward, we shouldn't trade him while his value is low.

good trade with Pho. and Jazz that would be a fair trade and would help all teams involved.

Apparently the Nuggets are heavily shopping Wilson chandler and Gallo. Which ever leaves first. Id do this if I were Morey.

Or put Wilson Chandler in place of Gallo

    Bev/Shved
    Harden/Brewer
    Ariza/Gallo or Chandler
    DMo/Smith
    Howard/Dorsey

This is interesting as Afflalo has a player option this summer and the Nuggets may want to get something for him. Some might say the NOP pick is a high price to pay but if you can't find a better deal at the deadline Afflalo is a damn good player. Idk if you could keep this team together and if you would have his bird rights but wow that bench this would be the deepest team on the league no question.

Boston Gets: NOP, our own first, Dorsey, Capella

    Rocks Get: Marcus Smart

Why we do it: Because I am an extremely biased fan that likes Marcus Smart.
Why BOS does it: Because I am an extremely biased fan that likes Marcus Smart.

I'd go after Gallo. Another big guy who can guard PGs.

Shved + Pap + Jones + Dorsey but Nuggets will have to throw in a first rounder.

I would love to see this 3&D line up: Ariza, Harden, Gallo, Donuts, Howard.
