Turiaf just had surgery and is out for the season. Has to be more about getting that expiring contract.
Maybe we can flip Turiaf and Daniels to BOS so they would give us Wright. Somebody needs to shoot on that BOS bench.

Perhaps Minnesota is forcing Turiaf on us in exchange for surrendering a lesser draft pick. He's injured, so it doesn't really make sense to trade for him, unless Morey is using the salary as a fill-in for a future trade.
He won't give him or Jeff Green up for cheap. If this was Nba2k something then it could easily happen but unfortunately it's real life and Morey isn't focused on acquiring Wright.
