    Is that before or after taxes? I'm asking because Best Buy has it for $1499.99 now. The curved version, the 8700, is $1799.98.

    I paid about 1900 after taxes and 5 year warranty included. Mines not the curve though.

    Well I'm pissed looking at the best buy site now. I wonder if I can switch it out for the better model at the same price or get an adjustment.

    Curve tvs are the biggest pile of crap I have ever heard of. So you mean to tell me now I just have 1 angle to enjoy my tv from and that's the center?

    I doubt it but I'd love to upgrade my cm5 speakers. Saw some cm9 speaker pair open box at my best buy in black but one tweeter looked kind of bad.

    directron.com, microcenter.com, or frys.com -- all 3 have stores in Houston. (Directron is only located in Houston)

    I saw the marked down ones at best buy. I think they were floor models.

    I was thinking about purchasing a set there but I became skeptical when I saw damage done to them.

    does anybody else hate the amazon website layout? its maddening how not user friendly it is. You cant tell what the deals are they are listed so strangely, you have to scroll thru **** you dont want to buy to find out if maybe just maybe theres something you do want. Ok Im done. No business from me this season Amazon - you SUCK!!

    I agree it's not the best but you can filter it so it just shows the deals in the departments you want so you don't have to scroll through all those clothes and jewelry
