No one would argue that it didn't take political contortion to pass the ACA, but the "stupidity" he claims was argued before the Supreme Court. Those stupid guys let it stand.
Given the actions of his brothers Hans and Simon, it's not surprising that he'd be in on some nefarious plan to prey on Americans using misdirection.

in what way is it made up? Gruber is the architect of Obamacare (he got paid 400k for writing it). HE did say those things.
