Would rather have Canaan start and have Harden carry the PG workload then have Jet come in off the bench for some buckets as the starters rest.
Is this another Rockets PG cycle where Canaan starts and takes over Bevs job and Bev gets traded? just kidding.
If he plays well enough to make it feel like Deja Vu than I'm all for it. Means he's stepping up to the plate. I love Pat Beverley like you wouldn't believe, but lets be honest. The Rockets would absolutely be better off in the long run if someone like Canaan or even Johnson explode onto the scene and force McHale to bring Bev off the bench. I don't see it happening honestly, but needless to say, this is going to be a pretty big opportunity for Canaan.
