I only eat my steaks well done with A-1 sauce no blood. I thought only animals ate raw bloody food. Can raw meat hurt you in anyway,is it good for our body?
I am. Ive been dieting all day. One homemade steak shouldn't kill me. I need meat. Will do a thous push-ups to compensate.
Raw generally tastes better than cooked, so only cooked enough for safe consumption. medium rare steak raw fish
Absolutely raw meat can make you sicker than hell. That's why they tell you to cook hamburgers well done. There's always a risk factor but it's typically minimal.
I was the same way, but you don't know what steak is until you've had it cooked to the right temp. Just start at medium well and work your way down to medium. You won't regret it.
come on, man. if it's a high quality steak, then don't ruin it by cooking out all the flavor. might as well eat some cardboard with sauce on it. you only need to worry about being sick if it's a cheap steak or restaurant, then by all means cook it to at least medium
I don't. I'm on a raw vegan diet fortified with organic kale and unsweetened coconut milk. I'm sure most of you are going to die anyways.
This explains a lot. Eat rare or medium rare. It's divine. You'll be able to sit back, breathe deep, and chill out.
I used to get well done every time. It wasn't just a couple of years ago I discovered the greatness of medium.
