Clowney isn't gonna play. You don't go through this hard of a workout before you play... they have done this before with players this year (most notably Foster before the Giants game).

Clowney went to go put on his jersey. jk I doubt he plays. But espn would love it. This game makes or breaks our year. I said beginning of the year. 6 wins max. Still sticking to that number.
Uhhh. Don't know if this is legit or not but

Just overheard Clowney say that he told O'Brien he was ready to go. this is so dumb. if he says he can play, let him play the damn game. do the coaches not realize this is do or die for the season?
As long as he wants to play, I am happy regardless of the outcome. The selfish me wants him to play but future me wants him to sit. Just glad that he didn't want to play crap is out of the question.
It was never up to him to begin with, the trainers were the ones saying if he could practice or not, they'll be the ones making the call here as well. You got suckered in by Jayson Braddock's BS. Also, sure this is an important game....but it's against the Steelers who are a pretty terrible team. There's no reason to rush Clowney back if the trainers don't think he's ready.
a terrible team with a great OL coach who can minimize Watt's impact. if there's a game to have clowney, this is it. 6 weeks is more than enough. it's time to play.
Sometimes coaches have to protect players from themselves. If BOB says 'no' to him playing, I trust it's the best thing to do.

I know some die hard Steeler fans and they've all said their OL is garbage. They think Watt is going to go nuts tonight.
