Not entirely certain. Hearings conclude tomorrow. Judge has said he may rule from the bench, so it could be resolved as early as this time tomorrow afternoon.
Agreed! I'm optimistic...of course, I've been optimistic a few times in the process, so you shouldn't take any stock in that!
i chuckled.... <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Leon Schlesinger says his estimate of the value of the Comcast collateral is $104 million, which would be more than the $100m secured loan.</p>— David Barron (@dfbarron) <a href="https://twitter.com/dfbarron/status/519578524709957633">October 7, 2014</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

Don't be. Isgur is really really smart. I promise you he sees through that stuff. That doesn't mean the plan gets confirmed for sure....but it won't be rejected because of something like that.
[rquoter]Here's the timeline going forward: Both sides will show deposition testimony on video beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday. Attorneys will return at 2 p.m. Wednesday for closing arguments on the question of the value of Comcast’s assets. Judge Isgur said his plan is then to rule from the bench whether the value of Comcast assets is “inconsequential” or “not inconsequential.” If he decides the value is “not inconsequential,” Judge Isgur said it may take him until Friday to come up with a firm number. There may be other issues to be argued on the plan, so it's unclear when a final decision will be rendered.[/rquoter]
Alright Comcast. I'm sure the Rockets/Astros can expect an offer to buyout their shares at that value.
