out of conference away games are not all that important.

divisional games are the $ makers.

That's the only scenario where the Dallas game would matter at all, a regular season game against a team from another conference is the least important game of the season.

Exactly. You're arguing which win is more important. Not sure what hard to understand. A team can have a worse record vs their conference yet have a higher seeding OR have a better conference record and not even make the playoffs. Some games are more important, but they all count.

Dez, DeAndre, Andre, and Terrence Williams

Also, why on earth would you take A over B?

    Ridiculous.

You would trade 5 touchdowns for 70 yards receiving over 5 games?

    No SANE person would.

It was mainly to counter your silly statement that Terrence Williams 'isn't very good'.

    Um yeah, he IS.

Give me the guys that can move the chains better vs the guys that happened to catch more TD's....you know Calvin Johnson over James Jones.

As to TerrAnce Williams, he's a decent #2 WR, probably somewhere around the 50th or 55th best WR in the NFL, but he's no world beater and no SANE person would confuse him for one.

    whatever

No coach in the NFL would trade a touchdown per game for an extra 11.5 yards per game.

    Would you?

You claim you would, but are you serious?

I don't think he believes half the things he types while debating.

So because Dre and Nuk are better, he's NOT good... smh
Steve Young was garbage because he was a backup to Cool.

Think before you press release send.

Yep. Stats. By this logic JJ Watt is like...the 50th best defender in the NFL.

TD's is an awful way to judge the quality of WR's but even if you don't realize that, using your numbers, how many coaches in the NFL pick Terrance Williams over Andre Johnson, Nuk Hopkins or Dez Bryant? Any that even consider it should be immediately fired and blacklisted from ever having a job in the NFL again.

The poll should have had an option for "poor O line play" though I don't have a lot of faith in those who are being polled.

I like it! It's simplistic enough for mass consumption and inaccurate enough to ensure that causal fans never figure out what's actually going on.

Not saying that. Just saying that it is goofy to say something like 'Terrence Williams is not very good' when he clearly is.

Look, I get it. Sour grapes. The Texans lost. Anything to avoid having to just credit the other team as being better on this given day.

Heck, I thought the Texans played their BUTTS off today, and gave themselves a chance to win, which I was not expecting. But it just didn't go their way, and the Cowboys were the better team this day.

But you discredit yourself by saying things which are just plain silly.

I am not saying Terrence Williams is one of the best receivers in the league. But he is clearly better than 'not very good'.. and the stats prove it.

    Shrug..

Doesn't matter to me. Scoreboard is scoreboard.

I guess it just depends on your standards, I mean, there's probably only 50 something WR's better than him, but that puts him as a solid #2 WR on a team without a really good #2 WR. It has nothing to do with who won today, any unbiased person will tell you that Terrance Williams isn't anything special.

Just so you know, I'd love to have Williams on the Texans as the #3 WR
