Also guys, IMO Rubio really isnt the answer... I don't think he is worth it and I dont think he will make too much of a difference. With Dwight in the middle your ideal PG needs to be able to shoot the ball.
i think rubio could work if mchale can put it all together in a legit system. that's a big IF. our small ball line up would be pretty killer...rubio/beverely/harden/ariza/dwight
because nba basketball is not as soft as fiba. you can get away with playing guards and fowards out of position in fiba because most of them don't have true frontcourt players with size and strength needed for the nba.
lol, PGs have been playing as SGs...and SFs have been playing as PFs throughout the league last season. mostly not full-time...but definitely a significant amount.
i said our "small-ball lineup"...does not mean our starting line up or the line up that would play the majority of the minutes..... i think ariza can guard some 4s and beverely can guard every 2-guard in the league.
The part that I bolded....we all agree on that. What I might wonder is, How about a point guard who could deliver pinpoint passes into the post so that we don't waste (one of) the league's best center/s?
