i dont care if you guys argue about it, but letting parson go, might of been the worst thing rockets could of done, it would of been better to trade howard for a 6th man off the bench like Jamal crawford, and a center like deandre Jordan for Howard. Now go eat a big mac and hate on it... pfffff.....

Sorry for re-hashing the whole CP thing, but at Dallas' media day and an article posted on nba.com, Parson's is quoted as saying "I'm ready for that next step of my career. I'm ready to come here and have a bigger role, be more of a leader and that's why I came here."
Correct me if I'm wrong, but he didn't have a choice given Dallas' offer and DM not prepared to match the overinflated offer. (Just thought the comment was interesting).

Probably roughly the same amount of money and length of contract minus the trade kicker. From the various comments we've heard this summer, I have a feeling Cuban told Parsons to ask Morey if he'd include a trade kicker. When Morey said he wouldn't, Parsons got offended because it shows that Morey wants him to be tradable.

Pure speculation on my part of course.
