Morey can talk all he wants, the media and mainly ESPN and company of morons will eat Cuban's dick whole all the time. The truth does not matter, it's about how you are perceived. While players look through this bs, many others don't. It's time for Morey to step his game up because I'm tired of the Rockets getting stomped on. Truth is though, Cuban and Morey both could care less about chemistry. Both are guilty of valuing money over personell, cheap contracts over loyalty, shuffling of cards over building a team. Unfortunately for us, Morey is a moron when it comes to handling coaches and we have not done squat yet. Cuban has the upperhand since he has a ring and his team is more competitive than us at this point.
This is great. I love it! A little trash talking here and there is great! I wish teams do this more often =)
Beverley/Ariza/Howard is a pretty good start for team defense. Obviously not everything. But those are three really good defenders and can be the building blocks of an elite defense if we work at it and maybe add another player or two. Look at the Mavs. Who on that team plays defense? Felton/Nelson are both minus defenders. Ellis is a minus defender. Parsons is a minus defender. Nowitzki is a minus defender. Chandler has been a good defender for most of his career. But this isn't 2011 anymore. He wasn't as good for NYK as he was before. It will be interesting to see how he performs. But even if he is healthy, it is hard to see him making up for the other poor defenders. Carlisle is a really good coach. But Dallas wasn't a good defensive team last year, and IMO it looks like their defense will be even worse.
sounds like a spin piece by some of cuban's people - (its in the finance section after all) i dont think Cuban has gotten under Daryl's skin its probably the other way around - Cuban shot first -- Daryl just responded to his hypocritical comments - he didnt take jabs at the organization of Dallas or anything the way Cuban did.

Did this all start with Morey saying he was going to offer Nowitzski a contract over twitter or it goes deeper than that ?
Lol at the geniuses at ESPN showing a photo of Cuban and Tad Brown during a conversation about Morey. Spoiler
Mr. Cuban, We applaud you for purchasing a team and inheriting a hall-of-fame forward with the best combination of range and post game (perhaps) ever and leading that to a whopping one championship. Especially when said forward could have been paired with an all-time great PG, who put up two of the most successful seasons of all time in another uniform because you let him go for salary cap reasons (chemistry be damned). And then when you finally did win a championship, you let key pieces walk away due to...wait for it...salary cap reasons. But no, you are all about chemistry and we are not. Meanwhile Mr. Morey inherited a team with two superstars that broke down due to injury, and has already rebuilt them to be as good, if not better, than your team. Stop holding that championship over a rival GMs head when your players, coach, and inherited hall of famer deserve the credit. And let's compare results 3 years from now when Morey has been on the job as long as you were (even though it's not really the same job) when you won a title.
The writer is ignoring WHY cuban is taking shots at Morey. Cuban has felt the need to rail against Morey's approach. Bravo to Morey for calling out Cuban's hypocrisy.
