The thing is... Royce had and still does have amazing talent. Just because he is too much of a dipsh** to hold a job, doesn't mean he wasn't talented.

 

hmmm scouting a player is not all about talent!

You have to take several other parameters into account. Beasley has talent but we all know how that worked out. You get my drift...

 

McHale does not use his eyes to evaluate talent he uses his tongue. He needs the player to be in tongue range.

Man I really hope this guy turns out to be a valuable player off our bench. I love guys that play with determination and give it their all like Bev. Got to respect the players that hustle.

 

He will be a worthy backup to Ariza. We could see them on the floor together in a small ball lineup.
