10 team ppr. 2 qbs. We start a lot of positional players and have a fairly deep bench. Will have to make a cut for a defense(I plan to stream all year unless 1 stands out), didn't list my kicker. Don't like my QB 2 or 3 and could be in trouble depth wise if Welker and Gordon don't play much or at all, but I'm pretty happy with the draft. 1. (8) Calvin Johnson (Det - WR) 2. (13) Arian Foster (Hou - RB) 3. (28) Tony Romo (Dal - QB) 4. (33) Andre Johnson (Hou - WR) 5. (48) Zac Stacy (StL - RB) 6. (53) Michael Crabtree (SF - WR) 7. (68) Pierre Garcon (Was - WR) 8. (73) Alex Smith (KC - QB) 9. (88) Darren Sproles (Phi - RB) 10. (93) Pierre Thomas (NO - RB) 11. (108) Wes Welker (Den - WR) 12. (113) Josh Gordon (Cle - WR) 13. (128) Kyle Rudolph (Min - TE) 14. (133) Matt Schaub (Oak - QB) 15. (148) Jonathan Grimes (Hou - RB) 16. (153) Mike Williams (Buf - WR) 17. (168) Donald Brown (SD - RB) 18. (173) Marvin Jones (Cin - WR) 19. (188) Ladarius Green (SD - TE) 20. (193) Jerricho Cotchery (Car - WR)
I'm not sure what everyone else's team looks like, but this doesn't look like a playoff team to me. Wes Welker was a pretty good value pick, but aside from that, in round 10 and on, looks to be high risk, low reward to me.
10 team PPR league with 1 IDP I loved how this draft went for me. I got Megatron at #7 and then Jimmy Graham fell to me at #14. I have the best WR and FLEX in my entire league period (it's 2 FLEX). My RBs are a little weak, but I love my receiving core. QB: Kaepernick RB1: Joique Bell RB2: Chris Johnson WR1: Calvin Johnson WR2: Andre Johnson TE: Jimmy Graham FLEX1: Vincent Jackson FLEX2: Reggie Wayne DP: Vontaze Burfict Bench Danny Woodhead Chris Ivory Riley Cooper Ben Roethlisberger Tavon Austin Daryl Smith Charles Clay
16 Team League .5 PPR Positions: QB, RB, WR, WR, TE, Flex (R/W/T), K, DEF Keeper Calvin Johnson, Det WR 23 Arian Foster, Hou RB 42 Pierre Garcon, Wsh WR 55 Matt Ryan, Atl QB 74 Greg Olsen, Car TE 87 Danny Woodhead, SD RB 106 Anquan Boldin, SF WR 119 Lamar Miller, Mia RB 138 Carson Palmer, Ari QB 151 Rueben Randle, NYG WR 170 Eagles D/ST D/ST 183 Josh Gordon, Cle WR 202 Ryan Succop, KC K I had 7th pick. Not thrilled with my RB situation again. I had a chance to grab Ball, Bernard, or Murray but I went with Arian because I'm confident he will get a large workload AND catch out of the backfield. In retrospect, I wish I had taken Ball though. I took Matt Ryan over Cam Newton and Tom Brady, really held my breath on that one. I picked the Eagles because they're playing the Jags week 1. Defense by committee FTW.
12 team PPR league with a short bench, bonus for 300+ passing, 6pt TD, 4pts 100+ yardage. 9th pick. Brady Ellington, Lacy, Gerhart, NYG RB2 Dez, Cobb, Sanders, Tate, Amendola Reed, H. Miller Rams/Barth What y'all think? PS: I had no idea Matt Prater was suspended.
I'm in a 12 team ppr and our teams are very similar. I have vereen and you have lacy. You have Cobb and I have d Thomas. Otherwise very close to the same team. I have Seattle's D and you have rams. I think they are very close together. Files and Brady I think is a toss up. In my eyes it's easily playoffs or bust at a minimum. Good job.
This is just my second time to play. But last year the person that had the "best" draft came in last. It said I had the 2nd best draft and I ended up winning the whole thing, but barely though by the slimmest of margins making 4th place.
I took Lacy at 9, then Bryant and watched Ball slip to 24. If I could redo it, I might have taken Megatron and Ball instead. I almost went with Ball/Lacy to start.
12 team 0.75 PPR keeper (so 36 players kept - meaning player pool got very shallow very fast). Start 3 WRs and no flex QB - Tom Brady RB - LeSean McCoy, DeMarco Murray (keeper), Frank Gore, Shonn Greene, Christine Michael WR - Randall Cobb (keeper), Pierre Garcon, Roddy White, Kelvin Benjamin, Justin Hunter, Kenny Britt, Greg Jennings TE - Julius Thomas (keeper) K - didn't draft one... will pick one up before Week 1 (fearful i'll have to drop Michael to get one) DEF - Tampa Bay I know i'm weak at RB, but that was by design b/c in a start 3 WR/0.75 PPR - i wanted to focus on wideouts and have 2 stud PPR RBs and roll the dice with warm bodies on the bench at RB.
Where did you draft Brady? I love him as a QB because 1) he's due for a comeback year imo and 2) you can draft him in late rounds (10 in my league) Ellington is going to be good. Lacy will be a top 5 RB if he can build on what he did last season. Your WR core is great. Hopefully Amendola can stay healthy, it will add to your depth. I like your team a lot man.
I reached for Brady in the 7th. I realized everyone behind me needed a QB. Sure enough, after I take Brady, RG3, Ryan, Romo and more fly off the board. 5/10 I'd take Ryan. I felt like I needed to be bold and lock Brady up. 6pt TD's.
My first auction draft! How'd I do? 10 team, ppr, .5 Team name: Rocket Power Matthew Stafford, Jay Cutler McCoy, Ryan Mattews, Joique Bell, TRichardson, Ray Rice AJ Green Alshon Jefferys, Michael Floyd, Reggie Wayne, Kelvin Ben Jordan Cameron, LGreen 49ers Justin Tucker Thanks in advance!
Never tried auction but I like your team. When I have that much depth overall I like 2 for ones because I hate having wasted production on my bench. I'd look into shopping either Fitz or Vincent paired with Pierre or Trent for a 1st or 2nd round rb with or without the worst wr on their roster.
