Most of these press conference scuffles in the past can lead to letdowns or one-sided contest by fight night, whether it's MMA or Boxing. For example, I was excited for Lennox Lewis vs. Mike Tyson because of that press conference brawl they had but as it turns out, it was a one-sided fight in favor of Lewis. But I'm still excited to watch this fight. I just hope it does not happen for the Jones-Cormier fight. It has the potential of something special to become one of the greatest fights in history.
Jones is taking lessons from his boy Chael with the WWE theatrics. DC overreacted but so did Jon. I expect Jon to control the fight standing up and keep it off the ground. The reach advantage is just too much even for a guy as strong as Cormier. Jones by unanimous decision.

Unless Bones pokes DC in the eye then the reach won't matter. I know Bigfoot Silva is much slower than Jones but he has an 82" reach and it didn't matter against DC. Jones is not an amazing striker and DC is quicker than him. He won't have a problem getting inside Jones' reach. I think Jones is way too cocky and he doesn't believe DC has a chance to win. I think DC is going to wreck Jones over 5 rounds similar to Cain v Dos Santos. I could see Bones hitting a guillotine on DC if he isn't careful but if Jones doesn't hit a sub early then I think this is all DC. Either way I'm ****ing pumped for this fight and card. It's gonna be bad ass to be at.
I actually thought this was fake right up until Jon Jones told Daniel Cormier he will actually kill him, not like beat him up, he’s talking real murder, like end his life. That was 100% genuine. Call his act fake all you want but there is no doubt in my mind that Daniel Cormier is going to get murdered at some point by Jon Jones. Hey p***y you still there?
It's gotten to a point where black athletes are willing to commit murder on one another. I think it's has gone too far. Something needs to change for sure, it's getting out of hand, lol.
