This was last month, but I'm not sure if this is an ongoing training method for him or just a special appearance.

Overtraining is the training method used by Mike Rashid:

I'd be willing to bet he's around 11-12% body fat, which is perfectly fine for a pro athlete. If there's a problem, it's his posture. Or he's just built that way.

It's James "Bimbo Slice" Harden, getting ready to throw down at the Cheesecake Factory.

    I dont find them amusing.

out of all the comments on this thread, only two of them are valid ontopic posts...everything else is crap. You guys constantly complain about how crappy this forum is, yet yall jsut cant stop yourselves from being the ones to crap all over it.

At this point in time a lakers board is in better condition than we are, and it aint because of the mods....its cause those posters still give adamn about their board...unlike most of you.

I certainly am not amused about that at all.

I wonder if it would help to have a sticky on the GARM reminding people to try to bear some responsibility for the quality/quantity of their posts?

I really hope Harden is working on his endurance with the idea that it takes a lot of stamina/endurance to be aggressive on defense and offense for 38 minutes.

I also hope we watch his minutes a bit more this coming season seeing as Troy Daniels can definitely be a contributor off the bench. I'd love to see us shave his minutes down to around 36 minutes, but I worry that our bench is so unpredictable compared to last season.

its the offseason, much more difficult to push your body in season given the lack of rest between games/etc.

Glad to see Harden working with some real trainers.

I thought Wayne Hall (tmac's trainer) was a joke.

No doubt in my mind that Harden is the strongest guard in the league, along with Tony Allen.
